We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This is a new and exciting role that you can make your own with autonomy and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients. As part of our Senior Management Team, you will have the autonomy to create and deliver an aspirational sales strategy. You will help us to grow our business, identifying new opportunities and developing existing opportunities into sales. Supported by our Business Development assistant and our growing team, you will quickly put your ideas and initiatives into practice and help us with our KPI targets to grow. This is for an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen to contribute and play a key role in a growing business enterprise.
We have a new position for a Resource Manager to head up our Talent Requisition. You will come with experience in setting up a resource management presence including a strategy and set of processes for you to own, lead and deliver to. Your skills and experience will include a talent for identifying only the best, understanding industry requirements against skills, qualifications and the appropriate personality match for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing internal and external resource requirements working closely with our senior management team and CEO. As we grow you will be responsible for growing your own team and overseeing their work. You will share our vision to only work with the best, know when to say no, matching our KPIs on client satisfaction and ensure our own values are maintained.
We are keen to hear from professional healthcare delivery managers, experienced and confident in managing complex transformation programmes and client account management. You will be experienced in mobilising and managing key client accounts, new and existing; as well as forging strong partnerships and putting clients at the centre of our work. You will be a team player and a team leader, pragmatic and client focussed to ensure we inspire, engage and deliver as per our values. You will work closely with our Senior Management Team to help identify opportunities and grow our presence and reputation including our Resource Manager to help establish new accounts, which you will oversee and lead on.
